Internet addiction is a non-chemical addiction, in other case, in other
case it doesnt lead to organism destruction like drug and alcohol.

love and fun. For obsessive gaming they usually starts with simple desire to have fun and ends up hooked in cyber gaming world. Its not called fun anymore once youre totally hooked to these major obsession.

5)Denying spending too much time on the net.

How To Prevent Internet Addiction.
Some experts say that the internet can become an easy, uncomplicated subsitute for socializing with real, live people. Start connecting with people through the phone or meet-ups as to prevent the first step of preventing internet addiction.
1)Connect friends and families through phone or meet-ups.
2)If you want to use the internet start controlling yourself such as set the time you need to end.
3)Do not loose you anger online as it might just be the start of a bad internet usage to yourself and people around you.
4)If you have personal problems look for an adult you trust and let it out to them.
